The requirements for approval into the regular Vintage categories are: - 85% of your inventory is pre-1970's - New inventory is added on a regular basis
- Feedback scores are 95% and above on those venues that allow Feedback ratings- At least 20 items for sale at all times Handmade With Vintage Category Two Tiers Of Paid Membership Regular Listing: $15 for a lifetime membership, paid via PayPal - one URL listing into 2 categories Featured Listing: $30 for a lifetime membership, paid via PayPal - one URL listing into 2 categories, placement at the top of the category page The requirements for approval into the Handmade With Vintage category are: - 85% of your handmade inventory is made including materials that are pre-1970's - New inventory is added on a regular basis

You can list your blog in the Blog category for free when you buy a paid listing as long as you place a reciprocal link on your blog back to the List! After your paid listing is approved, just use the regular Add Your Shop submission form, choose the Blog category and the Blog $0 plan, and then fill in your blog URL in the reciprocal link area when you submit your listing. I will send you an "I Got Listed" blog graphic that you can add to your sidebar and link back to the List - simple as that! THE VINTAGE LIST BLOG The Vintage List Takes Over The Blogosphere! Ok, taking over is probably a bit of a stretch - but blogging is a great way to get the word out about the List and it's members. Not only will I do posts (shop profiles, news and announcements, and who knows what else) but all List members are free to submit posts as well - articles about their areas of expertise, announcements about their business, etc. The blog will also have a Link List to member blogs that I will pull from the Blog category here on the directory. HOW TO JOIN Step By Step Instructions Create An Account: In order to submit a listing you must first register an account. You can do this by clicking the Register link here, or on the main page under the Accounts Area. You will need to choose a username and password, and enter your email address. Once you have entered your information and clicked Register, you will be taken to an Account Created! page. This page instructs you to check your email for further instructions - you must Confirm your account from the email that is sent to your registered email address. Your account will not be active until it is confirmed! (If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email, just send me an email at thevintagelist@gmail.com I will send you a password so you can log in.) When you click the confirm link in your email, you will be taken to a Registration Confirmation page. From there you can go ahead and login to your account! Add A Listing: To add a listing, click over to the Add Your Shop page. The first section is where you choose the first category for your listing - select one, then click Apply (next to the word Root at the top). The second section is where you choose the second category for your listing - click Choose 2nd Category, and then the plus sign next to the word Root. The category list will open up, you just need to select one. The next section is the blue Plans box - this is where you choose your level of membership. The next sections are fairly self explanatory - Title, URL, and Description. Reciprocal links are not required for paid listings, so you can leave that field blank if you want, it's up to you. Type in the Captcha (it's not case sensitive) and click Suggest Listing. You will be taken to a verification page - if everything looks correct, click Complete Submission. Most submissions will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours. If you listing is accepted, I will send an Invoice through PayPal to your registered email address for the price of the plan that you chose.
